In this episode I am joined by our co-host, David Cross, Oracle SVP
and SaaS Chief Information Security Officer.
David and I cover a few hot topics surrounding leadership –
specifically informal leaders and the role we play.
As I’m sure we all have experienced good leaders who are or were
effective in helping us be better, we also have seen or heard of
those leaders who sometimes come up short is one or more
areas.
David and I talk about some of the common things that are sometimes
overlooked or not leveraged as we interact with others and this may
serve as a reminder for many or something one has not yet realized
or considered to be a useful tool to have in ready.
One thing is for sure, we should bring value to the experience of
others and hopefully this episode will do that for you. We also
introduce a few books to serve as resources in case anyone is
interested in learning more in their quest for knowledge…we’re only
scraping the surface!
